Yes, I take a lot of supplements. I take:

Calcium with Vitamin D, because my doc said I need it.
Glucosamine/Chondroitin because it helps my achy joints
Fish Oil because it really does help keep my cholesterol down
Echinacea if I think I'm getting a cold, because it helps knock it out early
and
a multivitamin to cover any gaps, lol.

I've looked at the 50 plus vitamin myself, though it seemed to have some of what my regular viamin had, it seemed to be lacking in others so I've stuck with I've been talking for now.

Hi Gail, I can not take magnesium or calcium as it really disturbs the "flora in my digestive system" LOL
I like the rose hip tea and I do think it helps. I learned about this from Hilary, I'll try to find the link she posted on it.. (in the healthy me folder I think). Although she suggests rose hip pills and I haven't found those yet so am drinking the tea. (I do have to add a tad bit of sugar and it tastes very well after it has cooled down quite a bit. I used to make a strong pitcher of it and chill it a bit (not freezing) and drink it instead of water....

'BTW, I never could add vinegar to my supplements as it just makes my whole system way tooo acidic. I get enough in my salads as we only ever use EVOO & balsamico
