Morning, Suzan. Hope you are feeling better soon. Not fun being sick. As for me, not reading or watching anything different or new.

Here I sit playing as if I have nothing to do today!! It's going to be another busy day!! Last night's Pastor's Open House was very nice as always. Today I need to get the lens changed in my glasses, or at least go in and talk over how long it will take to do it and when I'll be able to give the glasses up to get it done, then I'll stop by a couple of nearby gift shops and buy two more Christmas gifts and deliver one tomorrow and the other Friday. Next stop, go buy a new coat and then home to take a short nap before heading out to husband's sisters for a spaghetti supper! Her DD is in town with her new boyfriend. We want to see her and meet the bf. That's it for today's plans!!

Reading...I finished The Language of Sand by Ellen Block awhile ago and started the sequel The Definition of Wind, but when the accent happened the day after TDay and we spent so much time in the hospital, I couldn't read and haven't picked the book up since then. I'm ready to get back into it again.

OH no Bunny a gal's hairdresser is sacred! Dh can not accompany you there, nor go alone,,, he definitely needs his own haircutter.

I can understand,, we mom's really don't need to know EVERYTHING do we? I'm glad you are getting a week off though, you really sounded a bit tired last week and a bit besides yourself,, no wonder,,,, enjoy your week and hope it stays quiet! Doesn't surprise me at all that you napped all afternoon and slept the night.. I've done a few of those myself,, however rare but when it happens you know it was all ENOUGH!
I'm better already,, just relaxed and I didn't even throw in a load of laundry,,, I did start the dishwasher though. LOL

sorry to hear about Millie's loose XYZ's. Poor baby,,, hope that clears up fast. Why did you need to change her milk in the first place,, ??? Was she having problems digesting regular milk?

We bought a new kind of dog food for Coffee today (same brand but different beef flavor instead of chicken). She had not eaten all day but I waited till her regular feeding time at 18:30 and she picked at it and ate most of it but would not eat all of it. I told dh , absolutely no snacks during the day,,, ZILCH. I'll see if that works tomorrow.
I have not heard about War Horse... I'd like to see Moneyball with Brad Pitt.

Well, I don't usually give Millie milk at all. Cats are lactose intolerant and she has had problems digesting the little regular milk she has had before. But this was to be a treat and the package said it was okay for cats, so I gave it too her, but maybe gave her too much, too often.
