D, I do remember that last winter it was also a mild one (for you). We have snow right now... and am hoping it doesn't snow Friday as dil & I plan to take Mikey out for a stroll in the carriage.... it's cold but they are so bundled up in their carriages....
have fun Cmas shopping,, I like to do it actually , if I have an idea of what to buy , make a list and go at a time when the stores are not so crowded , with a tea break planned in..... I have done so much of mine and wanted to finish, but dh is not cooperating AT ALL and has made no suggestions what to buy ds/dil and now I have no more time until the 18th...... just once I wish he'd get in the spirit of the season.   anyway,,, have fun and hope you find all you are looking for and then some... ;O)   I also like to see the pretty window decorations in all the stores.Â

Ut..Oh..When you said your temps are getting colder, I looked ours up again. It's been in the 60's and a70's, but it has changed and now will be going down into the 50's next week and the 40's after that!! Darn!! I guess wishing for the mild temps to stay until spring is out of the question.
Know you'll enjoy the visit with your youngest son! Soon your decorating will be done too! :) I haven't started Cmas shopping either, hope to tomorrow. Good luck to both of us!! lol

So sorry your son is staying in WA though. I can well imagine how disappointed that makes you feel. I could hardly stand it when my DD2 & family lived away for 3½ years, 2½ at one point, came back here and then later moved away again for one year before coming back. I hope your son reconsiders.
Pat...I use AdBlock and began getting ads and pop ups again, so I opted to purchase their better plan. No more ads or pop ups anywhere!! When I see one on a site I've not been to before, I block it and that's it!

WooHoos...Loving this beautiful mild weather!! I am disliking winter a whole lot less with temps in the 60's and 70's!! They're predicting it will be this way through the whole month too..nice!
Getting to do some Cmas shopping tomorrow and Friday I think!!
