Bunny, have fun figuring out the new fridge. We have had ours since March and I am still trying to figure out where to put things. But I do love it.

How did you do with just the basement fridge,,, it took a long time to get your new one...
It is strange how it takes getting used to a new appliance. You'd think a fridge is a fridge... LOL

It's dreary and a little rainy out. Again.
I have to see a doctor I don't know today. (that should be a wahoo, that I'm getting going on the treatment that will make sure I have no lingering cancer cells in me, but I hate seeing doctors and hate meeting people I don't know so much, that it's more a whine at the moment.

If I'm feeling like I can eat something, We'll go to a favorite place for fish tonight. I should be able to handle it. Maybe if I get some fish without breading it'll go down okay (bread really sticks in my throat).

How did I do with the fridge in the basement., u ask ????....I di ALOT of going up & down stairs.....u just don't realize how many times u go to the fridge, for a simple lil thing...until it is not there !...You WOULD think a fridge is a fridge...but..Noooooo.....so many lil nooks & crannies & compartments...I never used to put juice & milk in the door compartments...but, w/this one it seems like the only place !! No egg holders anymore !!! I kept my old one..it is smoke color...everything inside this one is white & clear plastic & glass!

Bunny that brand does not sound at all like a German brand. Perhaps you mean Siemens. The tiny 1/2 fridges are what most families use here. Kitchens are like closets, fridges go under a counter, it's a total nightmare. then again , people shop frequently and for just a couple days of groceries. Most Germans also eat a warm lunch and thien is hot dogs, cold cuts, musli, or some quick meal.

I can just imagine how often you went up and down the stairs,,, made you start dreaming about elevators I bet LOL

Hope all went well at the dr's. you'll let us know right?
I'm thinking there are other things on the menu other than fish too... or a nice fish soup perhaps. You'll find something.
