Whines & Wahoos

Wahoos first:
My visit to the ENT yesterday was uneventful. He checked out my vocal cords, we talked about my voice (still pretty good) and he put my mind at ease - a bit - about the PET scan and what treatment might be, depending on what the scan showed.

It's a beautiful day. Probably the last one we'll see in the 80's for a long time.

I'll see Riley this weekend!

I'm kind of bored, lol.

I have to leave Millie here for 4 days. Even though my neighbor will be by a couple times a day to feed her, she's still going to be alone much of the time and she's a very social cat (hard for strangers to believe, but she is!), and I hate leaving her. But she hates going camping more than she hates being alone here, so it's best for all for her to stay here.

The stupid online pharmacy Tom's insurance forces us to use STILL can't get my Lipitor prescription right! They keep sending me the generic and I can't take the generic! I called and they say now that they can't send a refill till the end of October. I tried to tell them this would not be a refill, but a correction of a mistake they have already made TWICE! They won't relent (or can't understand what I mean) and insist they'll send the brand name drug the end of October. We'll see.  Meanwhile I have to skimp on the generic (take it every 2 or 3 days) in order to keep my leg muscle from hurting so bad I can't sit for more than a few minutes (don't anyone tell my doctor, lol). I wish I could just get the medicine from my pharmacy in town, but they say if I do that, I can't give me the generic price for the brand name. I swear, if they screw this up one more time, I'll..... have Tom call and yell at them (because when I get upset and/or raise my voice, I sound like Minnie Mouse - if I can talk at all)!

My Whine.......DH is concerning me...he said I call him Stupid ALL the time......which I don't !  Thinkin the Alz. may be creeping in deeper. Think he is realizing he is NOT himself & feels really insecure about it..DD thinks the same thing !!  Geez...Now I have to walk on egg shells w/what & how I saw things to him now !!  Plus, his hearing is getting bad...he can hear the kids creeping down the stairs....BUT can't hear a conversation, right in front of him. Don't know if the words get jumbled in his head..so he shuts down...or is his hearing really that bad..of course..won't go get his hearing checked !!!

WOW,,,that was a long whine ....guess, cuz I have no interuptions..so I can ramble on...lol !!!!  So now (stick woman..aka ME) is going for a walk to the bank !!...lol
