Estranged from Sister or Friend?

Hello all,

I just got in a heated fight with my sister and we haven't talked for the past month. I was getting a massage and saw a flyer for a TV show that uses a relationship expert to help get the relationship back in order? I look at the company that's doing it and they do shows that are big and really on the air. I've never been one for the camera. Should I do it? Here's the flyer:

Personally I can't see taking a problem like that into the public spotlight. If you really want to mend things with your sister you could ask her to attend mediation with somebody local like a pastor or counselor. It also depends on if your sister wants to be on tv, and whether either of you care if thousands or millions of people know your business.

This is just me, but I think the only way I would even consider taking something like to public is if it was a last resort.  I don't think a month of quiet warrants something so extreme.

JMHO.

Like op said, seek help locally and privately.

No, you shouldn't do the TV thing.  Doing so merely feeds the hunger of voyeurs.  These shows aren't designed to actually help anybody, but are instead designed to create chaos for the audience to eat up, to see the "guests" fight amongst themselves and tear each other apart.  Is that really what you want?
