In reading your post all I could come up with is a quote a friend told me once:

You're right - I think this is just what I needed to hear. Thanks!

anytime...

I think we all have friends who make choices that make us cringe....

I have a friend who's choice in partners leaves a lot to be desired too...but I just smile & nod when she talks about him be/c I know that I could talk til I'm blue in my face, she loves him

I've had to leave two friends behind when their H/SO's behavior became so abusive I couldn't listen to anymore.

PB and J. Why did you delete your post? This is a venting board and you are welcome to come here and vent anytime. You will always find support here. I too have friends and family who leave me scatching my head with their relationship choices. My one friend sees a married man and has been his side dish for eight years or so. She's always wonder why he just doesn't leave his wife for her. I get tired of hearing her latest updates, but I figure she'll learn the hard way.
