DD came home Thurs night.
Are you sure that she "hates" being at your house, or do you think alot of it could just be her age?
She improved a bit. Let's hope she keeps improving. I still think she takes advantage of you, but ... baby steps. I know it's gotta hurt that she is the way she is. She has a lot of growing up to do. Maybe this new guy is a good influence on her.
She claims she's never having children.
I don't think it's that she just has to be active because she's fine going to friends houses and staying over there and watching a movie or spending hours working a puzzle.
The new b/f is very respectful of her and of us.

Good for you that your DH is going to talk to her about the room. I know what you mean about not wanting to tell a 22 YO to clean her room. The cat gets along with the dog? Amazing. It's very rare that pooches and kittys get along.
When oldest DD was a baby, I worked 3 part-time jobs (funny, I've come full circle in the career dept) and attended college full-time.
DH told her tonight that her room must be cleaned up tomorrow.
