I think you do need to say something now or else your friendship will become very strained. In the previous thread you said that you know that she did not forget her invitation to take you next time so it is reasonable to ask her why she is not following through on her promise.
I'm sorry your friend isn't being a very good friend.
This just made me choke on a gulp of water.
Tell her that you couldn't be more disinterested in following her around to pick out clothing for her.
One of those "Life Lessons" I was taught:
You're friend is self absorbed. You should tell her you're not interested in shopping with her and tell her why. She may not like what you have to say (no surprise to me), but you should tell her.
