NOPE, I don't think you OWE her anything.

If it was a healthy relationship where both of you were contributing to the friendship, then, yes, by all means...you owe it to her to be there!!! BUT, this hardly sounds like a healthy friendship to me... so I don't really think that you owe her anything.

She sounds like she does things like this for attention!!! She likes the buzz & the questions & being the center of attention.

I think by "being there" for her...you're only feeding into her need for attention!!!

I did a quick search and saw some posts from women who claim to have undergone a tubal ligation, then became pregnant down the road so I guess it's possible. That aside, it sounds as if you have tried to be a good friend to this woman, even giving her a second chance. Your focus right now is on your own family, and their needs. I don't see how anyone could fault you for that...

Hi,

First of all, I think that (like a lot of people) you attach too much importance to Facebook.

A friend should uplift you and support you.

"She realized she'd been unfriended and I told her I was sorry, but that her posts were making me feel really judgmental towards her and I didn't want to be like that.

I.would tell her the truth and let her make her own decisions. Who knows maybe she`ll see the stupidity and destructiveness of her ways

But you don't know if it's for "convenience" or not. You're jumping the gun here.
