problem with mother.....

I have an irritating problem with my mother. She just moved over her near me & my husband. At first I thought it was great but now it isn't. She constantly buggs me for $ for cigarettes & I don't smoke but she buggs my husband all the time & he smokes but not as much as she does. She smokes like 3 to 4 packs a day & we just don't have the $ to keep her supply ! I don't know how to explain it to her without offending her or starting a feud.
