This isn't an official recipe that I've found anywhere...its just one of those things I've whipped up! I love margaritas but hate all the mixing & pre-made mixes taste like shoe polish!! This is my answer:

Lazy Margarita:

Simply Limeade brand Limeade (in the dairy section with the O.J)
Tequilla (one shot or two depending on your day)
Top with wedge of fresh lime

ENJOY!!!

That does sound good. I'll have to come back later with some of my recipes as I'm at work and don't remember everything off the top of my head. I have an amazing crab dip recipe that I got online. I bring it to parties and it's always gone in 60 seconds. :smileyhappy:

I just looked it up online and here it is.

  • Ingedients
  • 1 6 oz can of crab meat
  • 1 tbspn of mayonaise
  • 1/4 c of shredded mozzarella cheese (that comes in the bag)
  • 1/4 c of sour cream
  • 4 tspn of minced green peppers
  • 1 tbspn of softened butter
  • 4 tspn of minced onions
  • 1/4 tspn of seasoning salt
  • 1/8 tspn of paprika
  • 2 oz of cream cheese
  • In your mixer bowl add butter, sour cream, cheese and mayo and mix until smooth.
  • Slowly blend in the paprika and salt.
  • Start combining the crab meat, cheese and green peppers into the bowl.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 F and bake until bubbly or about 10-15 minutes

I made this chili last night and it was really really tasty. I'll definitely make it again.

I disregarded the cost of ingredients part, I don't know where they found red and orange bell peppers for 25 cents each especially in winter. And I bought a single bottle of dark beer for less than a dollar.

    This sounds wonderful!

I suddenly became allergic to shellfish in my early 30's... shrimp, crawfish, lobster.. all of which I found out the hard way! But guess what? NOT crabmeat, for some reason.

Do you think it's good on Ritz? That's about the only cracker R eats! And I gotta admit I love them, too. Cause... everything's better on a Ritz!

I've never made a chili without meat, but I'm up for anything! I think Para has one similar that she says is really good, and I saved it but haven't made it yet.

I made an Impossible Cheeseburger Pie this weekend. Came about because groceries are getting so high, and I was looking around for a recipe that I had almost all of the ingredients at home.

It was good. I added lots of garlic, cooked bacon, mushrooms, and black pepper. Had hot peppers and taco sauce on the side. Made a double batch and R had lots of leftovers to take home with him. He just loved it.
