Step-Dad Keeps Hacking Into My Email Account

My stepfather, who's RCMP hacked into my account and forwarded a private cybersex email between my boyfriend and I to himself. He's 54 and I'm 33. I feel like what he did was degarading, violating, and very hurtful. He also forwarded a few more emails with things like fights and stuff I'd hidden from him.

Tell your mother and have her watch over him while he deletes those emails, and then watch as he deletes them from his deleted box. Then change your password to something no one would guess. Something like your boy-friends mothers maiden name. Of course I wouldn't put anything in an email I wouldn't want my mother or grandmother to see.

And your Mother remains married to this man? He's inappropriate with you and is there legal avenues you can pursue??? Do you live with them???

Well actually a few more things came up. My Mom claimed I was sending the wrong type of emails to my grandmother, because I've messaged my grandma about a few things that were a little too personal and unknowingly revealed too much.

One last thing, there have been a few incidents with Andy in this way, but they've mostly been accidental. I've lived with them for five years.
I'm not able to go to the police because I was labelled a public nuisance in 2006 while I was living in Ottawa. I'm not sure who called the SPCA, what makes me think Andy was lying is that he hasn't walked Palm in nearly a week because he's working nights for some time.

I was out on my own for four years but I was unable to support myself because I have a disability. My main options for moving out would be to a group home or
