Sorry you're having these problems. I wish I had some advice for you for all the issues you're having.
As far as the having to log in every time part, have you gone into the explorer settings and opted for IE remembering all passwords, keeping you logged in on all websites, etc...? Also, when you log in, do you check the box that says "keep me logged in?" I had to do these things as well.
I'm very sorry you're having issues. Are you running any sort of ad-blocker or pop-up blocker? Does it matter if that is turned on or off? And this only happens in FF or does it happen in every browser?
