Do you celebrate "kid holidays" even though there are no kids in the house?  I'm just wondering if I'm the only one who gets excited for Easter, Halloween, etc.  LOL!  I was at the dollar store last week, and I noticed that they had Easter decorations out already.  I love the pastels and decorations.  I love coloring eggs and the marshmallow Peeps.  I even make a basket for DH.  :)

I don't considered Easter or Halloween as kids holidays, instead, I appreciate their pagan origin.  I enjoy "celebrating" Easter as the arrival of spring.    I, too, enjoy the pastel theme (usually make a center piece for the table) and spring vegetables for the menu.

I love holidays. I don't decorate, but I love sending little gifts to friends, family members and my niece and nephew. Dollar stores are one of my weaknesses. Socks with shamrocks on them? Yes, please!
