In general, that was a good article.


The only tip I disagreed with was #4: Don't go to bed at different times than your spouse. I don't think the only exception is for people who work shift work. There are any number of valid reasons to have different bedtimes and wake-up times. As long as it's working for both partners, I think any arrangement can be healthy. And, yes, DH and I almost always go to bed at different times. ;)

Those do appear to be very helpful,
However like RoseAnn said ..
The going to bed at the same time is not one I agree with either.
Everyone is different & has schedules so it is what it is.
