The weekend was great, well, after a little tiff on Friday nght that we resolved Saturday morning. :/ The weather was really nice so we got out and got the cars washed and worked in the yard some. Can't wait to get things back together after having a new concrete patio installed last week.

Both DH and I have been super busy and stressed at work and he had to travel on his birthday so we're both playing hookie tomorrow. ;) Running a few errands, maybe some more yardwork, lunch out...looking forward to some unexpected quality time!

The rest of the week is pretty typical.

HI RoseAnn,
Glad you & DH resolved that tif!
Bummer on the stress & so busy at work.
Love to hear how you're both playing hooky Tuesday, nice!
Bet you are thrilled to get your patio back together.
Will be wonderful to hang out there.
Your weather sounds wonderful as well for this time of year!
Have a great week & enjoy that extra day off ;)

Oh I'm jealous - I miss those days!! For us, it was always breakfast out and then some sports activity like a round of golf.

Enjoy yourself and don't work too hard on the house, you are suppose to be in bed...uhm...I mean resting ;)

I scored a very nice goal (unassisted - that means I did all the work myself) in my ice hockey game. I had a fabulous game, I wish I played like that every game. Sunday was busy. I cleaned for 7 hours straight - the kids drove me bonkers bc DH was working 12 hours and they wanted to help mommy. We looked like the 3 stooges...mommy would sweep up a pile, DS1 would try to sweep it up, I'd turn around to stop him & DS2 would walk through it and spread it all over the floor...the sad part is that the house doesn't eve look that clean. I had so much more to do but after all that cleaning & 4 hockey games in 5 days, my body was done.

We are going for a mini-vacation to see

Looks like the weather is going to be terrible...they've issued a wind warning. At least we are primarily visiting relatives and not planning to be outside. We'll probably hit the resort pool and see a museum (so indoor activities). We are going for 4 days.

My boys are 28 mos apart. They share a room together so they are pretty friendly with each other. I hope it stays that way.

Have a great w/end yourself,

Dee

Bummer on the winds but if that's the worst not too bad,
Resort pool will be fun I am sure.
Good ages apart .. mine are 23 months apart & still get along more or less, LOL
They too shared a room for a few years.
Have a wonderful time :)
