Goals worksheets?

My husband and I need to get on track with where we want to be in 5, 10, 15yrs. We really have different ideas and aren't communicating them properly. I work really well with questionnaires and work sheets, but can't find what I'm looking for. Something that spells it out in black & white about careers, money, kids, retirement, etc. Do you know of anything that could help? Thanks!

Hi & welcome to the board :)
Such a great idea for you two to sit down & *map* out where/what you want down the road.
Is it something you could make on your compter perhaps?
You know like through Office on a spreadhseet?
That way you can put excatly what you're thinking about.
Let's see if others have more ideas as well so do check back :)

I don't know of a particular website that would have exactly what you want, but you could try the sites of well-known financial planners, like Dave Ramsey or Suze Orman.

The others had some good suggestions.

DH and I use Quicken to manage our money and they have all sorts of goal scenarios to help customize savings plans and such for everything from short-term things like vacations to long-term goals like retirement or buying a house.

It's great that you are having these discussions!
