I am 40, work as account. How often do and spouse go on dates? Did you go on more when you lived together? Same question for bedroom activates?

Welcome to the board ;)

DH & I don't go out too often ::blush::
Just when ever we feel like it, LOL
We've been married almost 33 years this August.
How long have you been married ?
Hope we see you here again :)

Welcome to the board! I'm RoseAnn, 38, married for 15 years to Robert, 42. We live in Denver, CO. I have a grown step-daughter, two grandsons and two golden retrievers.

We don't have designated "date nights" but we go out to eat on average once a week and out to a nicer restaurant every month or so.

Bedroom activities vary alot depending on our schedules and stress levels.

I think it's normal for both date nights and sex to change over time. Dating is a time for getting to know one another and "wooing", so to speak. Once you're married, it's easy to get into a routine and some of those special things to fall by the wayside unless you consciously keep up with them.

I look forward to getting to know you here!

Welcome,

I'm Dee, married almost 6 years and together 8.

We go out to a nice restaurant (not McDonalds, something like Montanas) with the kids every week. And then we got out together at least 1-2/month. That is not including playing ice hockey together - as I often spare on his team.

As to the bedroom activities, it really depends on the week. Some weeks are much more active than others. Last week, DH worked 55 hours in 4 days and the kids were both up in the night being sick ...so obviously not a stellar week. We will definitely have to make it up this weekend, LOL :)
