Happy Spring! This week is nothing exciting, but the weekend will be busy: it's MIL's birthday and we're doing the first half of our spring cleaning. Part two will be next weekend.

We've had a busy two weeks already, and we're looking at four more before we get a break. Still, it's the kind of busy that feels good when it's over, and one of those weekends is booked for my birthday, so it shouldn't be too bad.

Well, Hugs...it's mostly just "normal life" stuff...here's what the schedule looks like:

March 12 - had sprained ankle, so nothing got accomplished all weekend

March 19 - spent the weekend making up for "lost" weekend

March 26 - MIL's birthday - we probably won't go out to dinner, but we'll go to their house or take her to lunch. Also, first half of spring cleaning

April 2 - Second half of spring cleaning

April 9 - my birthday

April 16 - working (I volunteered)

I just *really* am a creature of routine. DH is a full-time student, so I don't do much around the house, and he takes care of lots during the week. Our weekends are very similar from week to week, which is just the way we like it. All of the weekends above will have our normal weekend activities, plus additional stuff. Since I have a long commute and an active workday, I really look forward to lazy weekends.

But it will all be worth it, and I'll carve out time to relax.

Good news! It looks like our spring cleaning has been postponed, which is awesome. I've been dreading it all week, which is really a bit silly, because DH will do most of it anyway. But we don't get much time together during the week, and I wasn't looking forward to him cleaning all weekend.

After his classes today, he realized he's got a lot of schoolwork to do this weekend. And our spring cleaning list is way too long to do in one weekend, which means we
