Well, we didn't stay close to home at all - we drove downtown to see the Aquarium. DS1 was a nightmare! It was a very stressful day.

We are heading to a beach resort for a week. Hopefully DS1 behaves himself bc DH is at his wits end :( They just egg each other on and everything becomes a huge deal.

My link is broken bc I keep planning to update it w/a pic of the boys...sigh...but I am too lazy to figure out my photo bucket log on and up load a new photo, LOL.

Today it's shopping, shopping and shopping. Then I have hockey tonight.

Tomm we are going to start packing for our trip. I'm going to cook and bake things we are taking with us. I think we'll stay fairly close to home tho - the kids are getting cranky about the lack of play time, LOL.

Sunday DH is working 12 hours so I'll just stay home and clean. Probably watch a lot of TV since I won't be doing a lot of that on vacation, LOL.

That sounds like a great weekend, I like Jason Bateman as well...and I was thinking of getting a DVD tonight. I was hoping Harry Potter 7 part 1 was in so we could be prepared when it comes in theaters...I missed it last time bc DH hadn't seen 6 yet and he didn't want me to go w/o him (that's what I did last time and why he was behind in the series, LOL).

Sat night sounds fabulous - enjoy the show!

Hi RoseAnn,
Tonight sounds good & relaxing for you,
What kind of dessert ? ~We have a new yogurt place near us called "Yogurtland". They have maybe a dozen flavors of frozen yogurt; all self-serve; you mix-and-match yogurt flavors and then top it with fresh fruit, crumbled cookies, etc. I was going to walk down there with the dogs but then there's the logisitics of hoping I can tie them up outside. Decided to separate the two activities to ease my anxiety. LOL (If that's all I have to stress over, I'm lucky!)
Sounds like you are making the right choice there on not to take the dogs, LOL
Wow haven't been to one of those places in forever .. guess I should
Sounds like a bit of heaven .. enjoy as I know you will .. how can one not, LOL

BTW .. I just put The Switch into my queue .. so thanks. ~My friend's already seen it and highly recommended it. She had to really try hard not to spoil it for me. I'm loving that Jason Bateman's in so many movies lately! He's in another one called "Horrible Bosses" that looks hilarious.
OK just added that one too .. thanks again ..
Great to hear they both are good ones

Oh yes get those sprinklers hooked up .. no fun having to do it yourself every night ~Well, it's nice to check progress on everything but I get impatient and just spray the water and DH prefers that each plant be watered gently. In my defense,

DH has a game night scheduled tonight so I'm on my own. My plan is to pick up dessert on the way home, walk the puppies, dinner, bath, paint my toenails and watch a chick flick (The Switch with Jason Bateman and Jennifer Aniston).

Tomorrow we'll hit the Farmer's Market in the morning. Then off to Lowe's to pick up yard and garden supplies. The garden goal for the weekend is to get the automatic sprinklers hooked up in the garden so we don't have to go out *every night* after work and water by hand.

Saturday night we are taking DFIL and DMIL out to dinner and to an improv comedy club to celebrate Father's Day. (Dads get in free with paid tickets!)

Sunday we have no specific plans. Grocery shopping, long overdue housecleaning, relaxing, maybe more yard work.

RoseAnn

P.S. Do we no longer have a functioning copy/paste function? When I tried to paste this from the Timeout For Me board, it put in the

tag but no actual text. :(
