It is one month to go before I am happily married again. ;)

Well my ex has a new girlfriend who suits him perfectly and that makes me happy.

I am planning a wedding which I am not even sure will happen, we have had all sorts of problems with the Register office in Scotland.

I divorced 7 years ago and I cannot prove I am divorced enough according to them. *sigh*

Anyway thank God there is no divorce with my current ex, just ripping a paper a part and we were done.

So this is the wedding plans.

Getting married the 22 of May in his hometown, then dinner and party in his parents village.

I be wearing a green dress, made of hemp and cotton and my flowers will be white daisies , he might have a kilt on, we are not sure on that part yet.

Food will a buffet with mostly cold cuts and the ending with coffee and cake.

Then we will get home to his apartment tuck in our guest, give them ear plugs and have a nice night.

After everyone has left, we will be starting ripping out carpets and packing his stuff for the move to Sweden.

Welcome back & great to see you again :)

Yikes on you not being able to prove your divorce ..
Is that going to stop the wedding or you from getting married at all ?

Your plan for your wedding sounds wonderful!
How exciting as well.
Seems you are well organized too.
Are you doing this alone or have a lot of help ?
Hope you'll keep us updated on

The planning is made by me, future hubby and his mum, since they are both on location they do most of the work.

The Swedish tax office is surprised by this not being divorced enough, cause all the papers I have make it legal for us to marry in Sweden.
So our wedding day will be no matter what the 22 of May, the legal part will in worse cases be done 2 weeks later in Sweden.

I am going back down there tomorrow, to get more papers stamped, the stamps has no legal merit in Sweden, they just make the paper look more important.

Welcome back and congratulations on the upcoming wedding!

It sounds like you have a great attitude about the details of the wedding itself. As long as someone recognizes it as legal, that's what counts, right? ;)

Would love to see pictures after the big event!
