How Often Do You and DH go Out on a Date ?

I voted "It Depends..." Because DH is a full-time student, and does not receive financial aid right now, our budget is very tight. We rarely have money to go out and do things, but when we do, we generally go out to breakfast or lunch. To celebrate special occasions, we cook a nice meal at home. We do have take-out pizza every Friday night, which we consider a date night, since it has become a tradition.

I put depends bc we have lots of "date nights" at home. The other day DH just grabbed me and we were dancing in the living room to Old MacDonald had a farm. Then we stayed up and talked all night...the way we did when we were falling in love. That "feels" like a date.

But getting out is a lot less bc of me. I tend to use up valuable babysitting time playing hockey...but we still get out a least once month. Sometimes more. My mother will be in town for easter so we may get 2 dates in the 4 days she is here...
