Today is the oldest of my 4 daughters' 29th birthday! Why is it SHE gets older and I DON'T?? lol Unfortunately, we can't celebrate it together. I live in Iowa and she lives in California. :( I did call her Sunday and we had a nice visit plus I sent her a card and gift. That's about as good as it gets when your adult child lives far away.
One of my best friend's birthday is tomorrow, so she, another friend and I went out for coffee on Saturday since I work and can't do it during the week.
My MIL turns 70 on March 24th, so dh and i will travel the 2 hours to have dinner with his family to celebrate. Dh has 4 sisters and my MIL is a wonderful woman, so always a pleasure to go see them. Having 4 DDs, I am always more comfortable in the company of women!
