Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, ~We sure did!
Did Santa bring you what you wanted ? ~Santa (and DH) kind of fell down on the job; it's up to me to shop for myself if I decide to. (It would be so nice to have new clothes just show up in my closet; that's how much I hate shopping!)
Weather been ok ? ~Still wishing for snow or rain or any precipitation at all. There's a small amount in the forecast for NYE; we'll see if it actually happens.
What's going on this week ? ~Work, dinner and movie with family Wednesday, hosting NYE at our house, DN's 3rd birthday party on Sunday

Hi RoseAnn,
Bummer on DH but least now you can shop when you want
Well it can be a chore but hopefully one you'll do & be happy
Hard to believe about your weather.
Although can't imagine too many complaining, LOL
We had your white Christmas here in Missouri for you ..
Maybe you will get that rain on NYE's .. but honestly that is the worst time I would think!
Week ahead sounds like fun & I believe another short one for you.
Nice on having the NYE party at your house.
Think you'll have any guests *stay over* ?
Sweet on DN's 3rd bday .. should be fun!
Have a wonderful week & enjoy :)

Glad you had a nice Christmas Suzan,
Yes I didn't ask for anything either, LOL
Fun on you having Coffee for 10 days, wow!
Guess you'll be in heaven
Snow is bad enough but ice under is the pits ::sigh::
We had a white Christmas & it's still here, LOL
Even changed our plans a bit which was a bummer .. such is life
You expecting more snow any time soon ?
What's the weather where DS & DDIL are now ?
Nice they can be gone that long as I am sure they will love it!
Hopefully a nice week ahead & not too cold for you :)

There are actually lots of complaints from local residents about the weather. At least the mountains are getting snow or we'd be worried about drought and water restrictions come summer.

And, yeah, rain or snow on NYE could make for some treacherous roads.

Houseguests on NYE? No, I can't imagine that happening. The furthest anyone has to drive is 8 miles, everyone is pretty conservative about drinking and I'll be surprised if we have anyone here after 10 PM. ;)

As for shopping, I just have to be in the right mindset. We took some items back for DH yesterday and he tried to get me to find clothes for me but I hadn't gone into the store with that in mind so it just wasn't happening. LOL

I hope you're feeling better soon!

That job at the cat sanctuary sounds great for you, although I would think you'd end up wanting to take them all home! ;)

Am not surprised about complaints about your weather,
So unheard of for this time of year.
Hope it doesn't mean you get *TONS* of snow after the first through rest of winter now.
OK on the conservative & no one living too far.
That's good for that night especially.
LOL on yesterday .. understand the mindset.
Once you have *talked* yourself in to hopefully it will be a good experience & you will find lots :)
