Where to you get ideas for the bedroom?

Okay ladies, I am not asking for specifics to be posted on this board.  I am just curious WHERE you go to get new ideas.

I am posting under 2nd marriages because I feel there is a different dynamic either after you have had another spouse, or long-term relationship.  Although I don't think anyone is immune to that feeling of being in a rut.

Many of us on 2nd marriages are in our 40's and 50's, which in and of itself brings on its own physical issues.  Need I say more.  Wink

I am not talking just specific things (i.e. technique, there are other boards for that) but just an over all healthy and exciting sex life.

Oh, Serenity...this is great topic!  I can't wait to read the responses that come in!  I can tell you though...after being married for 25 years to the same man who did not have an adventurous spirit in the bedroom and then meeting and marrying a man who had been divorcedin his thirties, dated many women, had a girlfriend for 8 years, then met the woman of his dreams (ME!), I don't have to look any further than my dh.  He's got more experience than I could have ever imagined and he opened my eyes to things I'd never imagined!  I've told him more than once, he could write a book on how to please a woman!  Music, lingerie, toys, flirting, weekend trips, and just keeping the lines of communication open to what we like and don't like keeps things hot between us. If we weren't in sync in the bedroom, our marriage may not have survived given all the challenges we've had with kids.  I tell dh every now and then that he's my favorite playmate.  Wink

Nice comment, too about the physical challenges that may be coming our way.  Again...we just talk about them and, may I say, thank GOD for modern medicine and the "help" they've come up with for older men AND women.  We haven't needed it yet, but won't hesitate to go for help if/when needed!
