The choices we make in thought, word and deed inevitably return to us in kind.
How do you find this "board header" and "board website"?
Is there something you click on on this page...eg on that beige thing that says "Making a Second Marriage Work"......
I just see stuff like :
"advanced search/outline view/invite a friend/folder view/about the boards"
"your profile/favorite boards/board settings/your digests/log out"....
Hi laurena, the board header what we call the "About this Community" section above which gives a brief description of this board's purpose. The link to the board's website is at the end of that description, just above where it tells you who the Community Leaders are for this board.
Hi laurena, the board header what we call the "About this Community" section
not sure if I feel BLIND....or CLUELESS.....
the only "about" word I see on the second marriage message board header says:
"about the boards" (top right...at end of row that starts "advanced search")....
Hi Laurena, here's a screenshot that will show you what I'm looking at when I come here via http://messageboards.ivillage.com/iv-rlsecondwive:
Please let me know if this doesn't help.
Laurena (and anyone else), I was about to say, you have to go to the main page to see it. Where you can see all our folders and a handful of threads for each folder.
Hope you foudn it!
Yep, if you're looking at the board solely from within existing threads, or through the outline view, you won't see the header. You can get back to the board's main page, though, by clicking on the link in the line above that reads:
you are here: iVillage Love Love message boards Making a Second Marriage Work
Clicking on those links will take you to the iVillage home page, the Love Channel home page, the Love Channel message board central page, and the Making a Second Marriage Work main page.
Hah!....for YEARS (yes...YEARS) now...I"ve just had my "favorites" opening up on "second marriage matters and more" page....
then...I always have to hit the drop down list to then open up the "all" threads....
Don't feel bad Laurena.
