With Tom leaving soon for school, I've decided I want to challenge myself (again) to develop some healthy habits, work out more, and lose some weight. Judging by Facebook and such, I'm guessing I'm not the only one who would like make some changes. Would anyone be interested in a fitness and/or weight loss challenge for the board if I organized it? I was thinking of a two-pronged approach for both... something with categories like most distance walked/ran, most work outs, biggest percentage lost, etc with blinky awards.
