Fitness Challenge Sign-Up

The DMM fitness and health challenge will start on Monday, September 28 and end on Monday, December 7. (That's 10 weeks, and we'll do another one after the holidays if people are interested.) Please sign up by midnight on Thursday, September 24 if you want to participate in team challenges. (I'd give you until Friday, but I won't have time to set things up on Saturday or Sunday.) You can sign up until midnight on Sunday if you only want to participate individually.
The categories/events are as follows:
~ Based upon distance walked/ran over the course of the challenge.
~ Based upon number of workouts 10 minutes or longer over the course of the challenge.
3. Weekly Goal
~ You will set a personal goal that you will strive for daily. It should be something you struggle with a little and need to change, and it can be ANYTHING related to your health and fitness, so it can be as simple as "Brush my teeth every night before bed" (because you always forget) or as complex as "Meet a target range of calories, carbs, and proteins each day." Progress will be reported as "I met the goal x days this week."
4. Weight Loss
~ This is not a mandatory event even for individual participants. You can give me numbers if you want to, but it's not necessary. If you don't want to reveal the number on the scale, you can simply check in weekly with the percentage of your total body weight lost that week as well as the percentage lost cumulatively.
All progress will be reported weekly via a check-in thread. Categories 1-2 will be ran both individually and as teams. Categories 3-4 are individual only. I will work on getting us participant blinkies and reward blinkies (including a blinkie for the DMM fitness queen -- our overall winner).
