WEEK ONE ACHIEVEMENTS:

Number of Workouts: Are you kidding me? 1. And that was because I had to walk Toby around the doctor's office for 20 minutes after his vaccines.

Distance Ran/Walked: I have no clue. I kept forgetting to put on my pedometer.

Percentage of Body Weight Lost*: 4.8 pounds or 2.75%

Biggest Struggle: Finding the time/motivation to exercise.

Biggest Victory: Avoiding snacks and junk food! (Except the candy corn on Mom's coffee table.)

WEEK ONE ACHIEVEMENTS:
Number of Workouts: 2
Distance Ran/Walked: only 1/2 mile that I actually counted/kept track of... oops!
Percentage of Body Weight Lost*: 2.03%
Number of Days Personal Goal was Achieved: all 7, but I achieved it in a way I didn't want to... by going to bed late and getting up late. boo

Biggest Struggle: trying to make myself do other things (fitness related) when all I can think about is my exam on Thursday

Biggest Victory: sleeping through the night a couple of times where I was really stressed and upset when I went to bed

WEEK TWO:
Personal Goal: since my exam is Thursday I'm going to maintain my goal from last week of getting enough sleep, i'll get more creative next week ;)

Distance Ran/Walked: Um... 10-ish miles for school, an additional 8 "running"/walking
Percentage of Body Weight Lost*: 2 lbs, or 1.43%
Number of Days Personal Goal was Achieved: 4 days for the workouts - check. More water - check. Sweets... not so much.

Biggest Struggle: I see it, and I want to eat it! Gah!

Biggest Victory: The "running." I'm really not used to trying to run in 40 degree weather. Even though I didn't do as much as I wanted mileage-wise, I got myself out there!

Portion control! I'm going to try to keep a food diary.

I used to drink SO much Starbucks. I grew up near Seattle--what can I say? ;) Anyway, at a certain point I made myself cut back--largely because when I buy coffee it isn't just coffee, it's a latte or a mocha or something like that. So it's not only bad for me, it's expensive! During college I was easily dropping \$20 a week on coffee. No good.

Anyway ... all that to say, these days Starbucks is a once a week treat for me. I go on Fridays before work--my little reward for getting through the week. Every so often, I'll stop in on a weekend or something if I'm out with Jesse (and I totally make an exception for business trips, lol), but for the most part it's a once a week thing, and I SO enjoy it more than I used to when I was getting it all the time!

LOL. I've given up on starbucks when we have some many drive thru coffee stands with waaay better coffee then starbucks. Luckliy the ones I go to are NOT bikini baristas!

Yeah, I'm not much of a coffee snob. I'm perfectly happy with Starbucks, or Peets, or random coffee carts (though those are much more rare down here). Just give me caffeine mixed with something sweet, and I'm content.

WEEK ONE ACHIEVEMENTS:

Number of Workouts: 2 (ish)

Distance Ran/Walked: I went to Disneyland last week and we got lost going back to our hotel (which, thanks to my lack of navigational skills, added an extra mile). I'm going to guesstimate a total of at least 5 miles.

Percentage of Body Weight Lost*: N/A

Number of Days Personal Goal was Achieved: I went to Disneyland and then "played" baseball (just hit/retrieved a few balls) on another day. I think that i flossed at least every other day, so we'll say 4 days.

Biggest Struggle: Motivation; doing something before i come home and put on my pajamas...b/c after that it's all over. lol :)

Biggest Victory: Making at least 1 day and not being worn out from the disneyland walking

WEEK TWO:

Personal Goal: Keep up with the flossing, throw in *some* sort of physical-ish activity, and drink more water!
