WEEK TWO ACHIEVEMENTS:
Number of Workouts: zero
Distance Ran/Walked: I didn't keep up with it with a pedometer so I don't have a distance this week, but I walked a lot on UGA's campus when I took my boards and then when I went to an outlet to shop :)
Percentage of Body Weight Lost*: 0.67%
Number of Days Personal Goal was Achieved: probably 5... I had a nervous few days where I didn't sleep well at all
Biggest Struggle: anxiety! and feeling like I actually had time to put down my books and workout or do anything else for that matter
Biggest Victory: I didn't have a nervous breakdown... what that has to do with my goals, I don't know, but I honestly thought I was going to have one last week! lol


WEEK THREE:
Personal Goal: 64 oz. of water a day and no more than 2 sweet teas this week. I drank a LOT of water while I was in Ohio and I can feel a difference now that I'm drinking less. Also, this will be tough for me because it's not a good week for it, physically, but I'm going to try to make sure I'm on the treadmill or at the park walking/jogging at least 2-3 times this week.

WEEK TWO ACHIEVEMENTS:
Number of Workouts: 2
Distance Ran/Walked: 5 miles
Percentage of Body Weight Lost*: Nada. I'm really thinking our scale is broken. Honestly!
Number of Days Personal Goal was Achieved: 2; but I did do the food diary thing. I eat pretty well, though there is some room for improvement.
Biggest Struggle: I've given myself shin splints...oy.
Biggest Victory: not fitness related, but a group project component is ready to be turned in today. And I didn't stress too much (which is good for my health in many ways!)

Personal Goal: Walk/run 3 times.
