Tomorrow there's expected to be an official announcement about a new initiative from the White House and Michelle Obama that focuses on supporting military families. General McChrystal (President Obama’s former top military commander in Afghanistan relieved from duty last year)

I think that it's great they're including Veterans in this initiative.

While I think it's great that they're doing something for military families, I find it rather convenient that this is released following a week where military members not getting paid was a very real threat
