1. Do you have any long-term goals that you would like to accomplish?


  1. Complete my Toastmasters advanced communication manual by Jan 2011

  2. Finish my taxes before April 15, 2010

  3. Make regular exercise a habit

  4. Get my weight down to 135 pounds (the original goal was 130 pounds, but I read that it's best to limit initial weight loss to 10% of body weight, let your body adjust to that new weight, and then try to lose more weight)

2. What are your goals this week?


  1. Walk at least 3 times for 1/2 hour

  2. Finish a rough draft (of the wording) of the website I am putting together

  3. Keep my chocolate intake down to
