Does anyone know if there are any military regulations against wearing a promise ring? My boyfriend and I do not want to get married yet, but we would like to in the future, so we both purchased each other promise rings. He has a titanium wedding band as his promise ring. Are there any regulations against him wearing a promise ring?

I have been out for a few years, and dh has been retired for a few but I think the regulations on jewelry only express how many pieces of jewelry can be worn, and wear.
However, depending on his job, a ring can be restricted for safety reasons. My dh didn't wear his most of the time because it could get caught in the equipment they used. Always better to be safe than sorry.
