I always liked theology! I attended Catholic school, so every day we had a religion class! We also went to church as a school community two or three times a week. Although it was a Catholic school, we studied a lot of different religions. I really appreciate and respect that as I've become an adult.
Not to get long winded, but I feel especially fortunate to have some general understanding of the Muslim faith before the events of 9/11 and the current Operation Iraqi Freedom. I think that the faith is often misunderstood, and that's understandable when terrorists are claiming Islam as their faith and killing themselves and others. It's important to understand that they are EXTREMISTS, though. Elizabeth Smart's kidnapper was also an extremist, a excommunicated Mormon claiming that he was a prophet. Extremists exist everywhere and I don't think it's fair to brand a particular religion because some people manipulate centuries of the faith to fit into their agenda.

My favorite class was probably history....or choir. :) Love to sing!
My favorite subject/class in school when I was a kid was either art or French.
My favorite subjects were always International Relations and History.
This new board is something else, it'll take some getting used to:)
