to be is it? Since we decided to do a spinal rather than full anethesia, I ended up with a headache from the spinal by early Friday morning (after very little sleep, between my roommate who cleared her throat ever 20 seconds on average, EXCEPT when she was snoring to beat but, and machines beeping and going off all the time and then the nurse saying he would be right back to take my vitals and disappearing for 1 hr 20 minutes). I mentioned it to 2 different nurses who basically blew it off. Yesterday DH called the doctor about it and he said if I still had it today we had to go back in for a procedure. So off we went today for a blood patch. Headache is better, not 100% gone though, so I might have to repeat it tomorrow. In the meantime I am to stay flat on my back again. Sigh.
Did I mention the hospital is old and run down and not clean? Like I don't think leaving gauze on the floor is sanitary, or pulling cords out of the garbage can for that matter, and WTF is up with the nurse taking notes on her glove?
