Apparently i'm having a girl! (m)

I do not know the sex of the baby that I'm having (i'm 32 weeks pg), but in the last three weeks three total strangers have told me that I am having a girl. Just out in the street they have walked straight up to me and said the baby is a girl.

The first time it freaked me out as I was caught off guard, but the second time I just thought I must attract wierdos, then the latest - me DH and DS were at the DIY store. Ian (DS) saw the burger wagon outside and kept bugging us to buy him a hot dog, so I went up to the counter order it and the woman serving shouted to my DS (with my DH) 'You're having a sister', I said sorry? but she just confirmed the order of a hotdog without onions and carried on serving.

Well I'm not fussed either way but no-one has come up to me and said that I'm having a boy yet. Not long to go until I find out for real but I have found it a bit odd!

LOL well hope you want a girl. You know babies sure do bring out strange people. At least they aren't attacking your belly. :-)

Wow! Isn't it great that everyone is so sure of the sex of your baby? Gosh, even the woman operating the hot dog stand? Who needs modern medicine!?!? LOL.

It sounds like you're doing very well. How does Ian feel about having a new brother or sister?

Will DH be home for the birth?

((HUGS))

I had a couple people tell me that when I was pregnant with ds. One guy that worked in the building I did was walking the opposite way that I was down the hall and just pointed at me and said "You're having a boy!", I was like "OK" and just went on. It did seem odd! lol And then when I was visiting dh on a holiday weekend while he was in basic I had a lady tell me in the bathroom that I must be having a boy because I had that "pregnant glow" about me! LOL Thankfully I didn't have anyone that just came up to me and wanted to feel my stomach! LOL I've heard other women complaining about that. That is just too weird!

Yes we are all well, still unsure as to status of DH, hopefully has he is STILL waiting for his toe operation, they won't schedule that in for the next 6 weeks he will get some sick time after that - So fingers toes and legs crossed he will be here.

Ian just can't wait to have his baby now, we told him right at the very start (especially with my ?ectopic op) - therefore it's been a long long time for him to have to wait. He just is so excited at the prospect of becoming a bigger brother!

Hope all is well with you.
