I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU...

Hello ladies,
well it will be a week in a few days since dh left, i am still hoping to hear from him but bc of you all in response to my post about the tape, it has made things more bearable. the girls and i are still saying prayers with him at night but it was a little better last night we all kissed him on the tv screen and said goodnight no tears after i turned off the tv until later that night. i am still crying as are my angels but i feel like everything will be ok, i am still not sleeping and hearing noices but this always happens when he gets deployed (he was in kuwait in 2001 reg. duty tour)if god is merciful my insomnia will end soon, i am wearing shades bc my eyes look terrible lol!!! i am taking the kids to a battalion easter agg hunt this weekend, our first time out all week . i am still eating cookies but have decided to stop that before i blow up!!! lol i decided to go to the gym instead. i just wanted to thank you all for your positive words and inet hugs it is so appreciated take care

I can't sleep when my DH isn't home either. Cam was on a two week detachment and you would have thought he was gone for a year the way I acted. CJ was just a few months old when he left and I was still a nervous new mommy.
Try to take care of you, if you don't, you'll be of no use to the kids. Goes along with that saying...when Mama ain't happy, no one's happy.
