I'm back....missed you guys!

First of all....when did we get this new site?? (Freak out!!) I haven't gone back into the archives, but obviously lots has been going on since my Dh came home and we went on vacation 2 weeks ago!!

It is wonderful to have Dh home...it's so normal to have him back that it feels like it was another lifetime that he was gone. For those of you who are new, my Dh was on deployment for 9 months in Bosnia. My first experience with that and it was hell, but the support from this board got me through. I've weathered the storm and hope he doesn't have to go again, I'll be walking on eggshells until his retirement in 4 yrs. And yet, if he is called to go to the desert, he would want to go and I would send him sadly, but proudly.

We've only been married for a year and a half and I have truly been educated about the mind of the military serviceperson: so proud and honored and blessed to be an American. The general public can certainly take lessons from our military personnel.

Hope everyone is doing ok, and as soon as I figure out this new system I'll be posting more often! 2 weeks and I feel so out of touch with you all! Take care, Nan
