Question about Weight Watchers

I have been thinking about doing the Weight Watchers Online. I have about 10 more pounds of baby weight that needs to go before I see DH again!

If any of you have done that/are doing it could you let me know what you think? I just want to make sure it's worth my $60 before I sign up.

I do WW Points and I love it Jami! I'd say it is a wise investment and easy to manuver around. I can eat pretty much everything I want and the only problem I have is not to drink my calories. If I were stateside i'd be doing it on line!

I do it online. My biggest problem was eating over the porportion size and drinking regular softdrinks and sweet tea. So I signed up a couple of weeks ago. I don't have a scale but my pants aren't as snug as they used to me. You basically just eat what you want and log the points in. You can also log excercise points in too and you get points for doing basic housework chores like laundry, mopping, vacuuming,etc.

Its worth the money. I signed up for the 3 months plan and then will probably discontinue after it is over. I think once I get used to the portion size I will just continue to choose the healthier things to eat.

I belong to a similar group called TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) which is MUCH cheaper, my chapter dues are $8 a month and $20 national dues per year. We meet weekly at the same day/time each week for a weigh in, then we have contests and incentitives where you can win prizes/money for your weight loss. We do not have any of the bells and whistles like weight watchers with a set diet plan, however we have discussions each week on different topics that promote healthy lifestyles, changing your eating habits, portion control, excercise etc. They have a website if you want to check it out it's, they also have an online group like WW does. Good luck with whatever you decide.
