Any Survivor fans here?

I never was much of a Survivor fan, but DS wanted to watch the last season so that was our thing each week. The new season started this past Wednesday (I think it was Wednesday). One of the contestants is an EMT/Firefighter. So far, he's doing OK in the game. It would be kind of cool to see him win. Is anyone else watching this season?

we watch here. every season. i havent picked a fav yet. it usually developes later after i get to know everyone.sorry about the typos. its not working right for me right now.
Oh cool! We talked about watching it but then ended up doing other stuff. Maybe this will make the kiddos more interested, LOL.

This is the 2nd season we've watched, so I thought it might be fun for DS (8) and I to watch season 1. Um, not so much. He's hooked now, but I think I'm going to have to screen the rest first. They were talking about Richard being gay, so DS asked what that meant. I did OK on that topic. There's also been a lot of talk about sex (general) and condoms. I'm not ready to talk to him about that stuff yet. I was surprised because last season seemed to be more family friendly.

Do you have a favorite yet, Shelly? DS and I were watching Wednesday's episode last night, and I really kind of like Cochran. Of course, I like Malcolm too just because he's such a competitor. I still don't like Reynold because he reminds me of a cartoonish used car salesman. Eddie, the firefighter, doesn't seem to have a very good game at all, so that's kind of disappointing.
