Haha! I like this post. I viewed, so I will share. Today I go for my 24-week OB checkup and am very excited to hear baby's heartbeat again. And I am bringing my 3-yo daughter for the first time. Decided to pick her up early from preschool and have her join... I think she will be fascinated! H is coming as well, and he has missed the last few appts.

Luluellis, one of my young colleagues trried to get me to drive a couple of hours to see this psychic. It was just before I decided to end the A and I was like, "what the heck?". Said collegue moved away (to the city the psychic is in actually) and so we never made our little road trip. But "logical, rational, financy type" that I am, I still am a little intrigued (and scared) about what she would have said.

Miss, (((((hugs)))))))) have a wonderful checkup. :)

Kim, I didn't want to not post but cannot really think of anything to share. I am thinking about buying some vacation property near where one of my cyberbuddies lives and am planning a trip to investigate that in April and I will get to see her. I am excited about that but also afraid I might fall into her arms and start blubbering. :) She is the only one (given privacy issues) in the world that "knows everything".

Oh, that's super exciting, Rainie, that you'll get to see your buddy in person. I cannot even express how awesome that experience really is - I've had the chance to do it a few times, and it is just magical. Really, truly magical.

And yes, you will probably blubber. But, I bet she will too, so you will cancel each other out or something.

And really, how great will that be - to cry, and to have a hug through it, a REAL hug, not just a stupid cyber one?

(Really, really great.)

I hope you have a great time, JG. I loved going to see my older son in things like that, and I'm looking forward to doing the same with my younger son as well.

I cried pretty much every time, though. Every band event he did, there I was, all snotty and teary eyed. He learned to just shake his head at me. LOL

Wow Lu -

So were you creeped out at all, by how accurate the stuff was? I mean, I think it's cool stuff (gawd...I almost said neat, sheesh, does that date me or what?!) - but to have it be that right on about stuff is kind of creepy too, no?

(Full disclosure: I have never had any experience of my own with any of that stuff at all, but my MIL is big on going to the psychics. And she is also big on telling me what the psychic said about DH and I, and I find it creepy when she does that. Also, traumatizing.)

But I'm always fascinated about the experience when it has nothing to do with me! :)

So that's really great stuff, huh? Your trip will go beautifully, your marriage will be fine, you're going to gain confidence and you get a new job?! OH and you will be your BIG SELF.

(Full disclosure: I...don't really know what that part means, but I'm going to believe it's positive, and not as a result of oh...too many M&M's or something.)

Wait, the bad news fast - that doesn't mean staying away from us too, does it? I mean, I know it isn't always sunshine and rainbows and puppies and stuff here - but we still count as a positive influence, right?

(Full disclosure: I *will* hunt you down.)

:)

Kim
