Subatomic particles (warning really geeky post)

Subatomic particles, quantum physics..everyone's interconnectedness in this dance of life...the comfort of the sound of windchimes..and wondering...what would have happened if Einstein had let an A (who knows if the man had an A or not..) occupy his mindspace..what would have happened.

So essentially? I spent a little window of time this afternoon? Daydreaming about the true geeky stuff I used to day-dream about..instead of xAP.

Hooray for me.

But it did get me wondering thinking about how we are all intereconnected. All of life is interconnected...and we all touch eachothers lives in one way or another. So what happens when we go astray...which we all do in one form or another at some time in our lives..what happens when we don't learn and grow. Does that mean that our part in this dance of life is left void?

One of my favorite books is a book called The Wounded Healer...but what happens when we don't allow ourselves to heal? To acknowledge our wounds and continue with living life?

You need to start thinking about freud and not einstein :) a lot of people have had A's, probably einstein as well. Here's my opinion. Every thing in life shapes us into who we are. Events, actions, people..it all has meaning. whether those events or experiences are good or bad, they matter and shape you and set you forth to see who you are.

Ugh! I am SO Freud, Erickson and Junged out!..Okay..maybe not Jung..if I could just get xAP out of my dreams:smileymad:

I thought the physicists were a nice diversion. Hence my mini- escape into Zukov, Capra, Belle..and yes..Einstein.

I absolutely agree. So here we are in

I think Einstein did have an affair. Or a something. According to the timeline, I mean - it appears as though he was still married to one woman when he began a relationship with another:

"In 1914, Einstein moved to Berlin, while his wife remained in Zurich with their sons. Marić and Einstein divorced on 14 February 1919, having lived apart for five years.

Einstein married Elsa Löwenthal (née Einstein) on 2 June 1919, after having had a relationship with her since 1912."

(from Wikipedia.)

OH. Well. Yeah, nevermind "appears" - apparently he had quite a few.

Um...yeah.

(See? You ask a random question and in return, *I* go all researchy on you and geek out on you!)

What happens when we don't allow ourselves to heal - what happens when we don't acknowledge our wounds - what happens when we try to sweep it under the rug, to bury it, to ignore it, to deny it, to pretend it didn't happen?

Well, we end up repeating behaviors, and staying stuck, and paralyzed, and we don't end up getting anywhere. Or at least, that's what I think.

The hard stuff is hard. But the only way through it is...through it. Head on. You own it. You make it your be-atch. You show it that you are stronger. You go through it - and as you do, you shed the weight of it, little by little. And then, one day, you realize you're lighter, and you're free of it.

Keep working. :)
