dealing with feelings

My husband passed away suddenly a month ago. I found out this week he was still having contact with someone he had an affair with 9 years ago. It was a horrible time then. I had to take a restraining order against her for the safety of myself and my children. We worked through it which wasnt easy by any means. Now I find this out. I don't know if they had resumed the affair or were just talking. Whether they had resumed the affair or were just talking it is a horrible betrayal to me. I was still grieving over my husband's death and know I don't know how I feel or how I should feel.
