Honey, I'm so so sorry you're having to go through this kind of thing. I would definitely confront him about this. As he did before, he will probably deny it at first, even when presented with the proof.
I'm sorry but if you have only been married 2 years and he is doing this stuff already that's really bad. He obviously didn't learn a thing the first time he got caught. He IS putting you at risk for AIDS and STDS with his behavior. Hopefully you don't have kids yet. He has shown you what kind of man he is in a short time.
