I believe that. It was on my H's Facebook account that I saw him chatting with his slu* (he was on another computer logged in and I didn't know it).

As is said: there are three types of lies . . . statistics, statistics, and damn statistics.
Perhaps FB is involved with an affair but I serious doubt that 20% of the causes. Sure, you could reconnect with someone, but that does not cause you to have an affair. FB is about as much of a cause as a Christmas party. Or you meet someone at a coffee shop and end up having an affair with them; the coffee shop is not the cause.
The cause of an affair is in the character and integrity of the cheater.

Agree wholeheartedly. I don't blame Facebook, but it presented an opportunity for my husband to develop a relationship further that shouldn't of been developed. The only person I blame is my husband, for sure. Just like I told him, I may be to blame for our marriage not being the best (as he is), but the blame for the affair rests squarely on his shoulders.

ROFL I hadn't heard that one but I'll have to remember it.

Yeah, that pretty much stunk. I saw him ask her if she wanted to have sex and then I called him and said that I saw him on Facebook. Blew up from there.

Nobody holds a gun to their head, everyone has the opportunity to "just say no".
