Found out 1 month ago. . . still have ??

I found out about my husband's affair 1 month ago- the day he moved out. We have a 2 1/2 year old and an 8 month old. He is now living with the other woman, who is also married with 2 children. I was completely blindsided by this and I'm still reeling. The problem is that we are still in daily contact. He still texts me while at work that he loves me and always will. But, his actions show that he has moved on. I just wish I could turn my emotions off as quickly as he has. I am devastated. Couples that we use to go out with are now spending time with him and this other woman. I honestly feel like I am in a bad dream and that this cannot be my life. How do I move on? How do I adjust to this new normal?
