Has anyone tried a Therapist? I am not talking about a MC but just a Therapist. One of my friends and my sisters really think I need someone to talk to. My priest is out.
Did it help? How does it work? Did you just unload everything at once?

Thanks..I have a Dr's appointment (physical) tomorrow. I can't wait to see what my BP is.
I need to find a way to deal better with the mood swings. The anger just comes out of no where.
