Living through anxiety and confusion-Help!!

I would also like any advice for these panic attacks I keep having. I feel like I am having trouble breathing and I will cry at any moment. How do I take myself out of the dark space? I don't want my children to see me this way. I feel like I can take on the world one minute with anger and then out of the blue, I am shaking and feel panic. When will this stop? I see my counselor tomorrow and I hope she can help.
