Taking Cialis or any of the SD drugs does NOT affect libido. You wouldn't know if he was taking it or not in that regard. All those drugs do is make the act possible, make it go up, that's all.

Trust your guts. Start asking questions and start snooping around. I had all the evidence in front of me and I just didn't believe my spouse was cheating until she admitted it. Then all the evidence came together and made sense.
